HER:

     I am kearsten taylor. I’m a New Englander, born, raised, & based. Ever since I was 13 I’ve had a camera in hand ready to freeze time. I photographed my first wedding at 16, fell in love with weddings & genuine love stories, attended the New England School of Photography & years later am continuing this beautiful endeavor of wedding photography beside my husband and best friend. 

     I love a good vinyl, thick fog, coffee, a new England fall day, anything lavender scented, dels lemonade, earth tones, taking adventures, my handsome husband, & Jesus, my Savior. I’m an INFJ with a calm disposition & a big heart for people. 

     I still get blown away that I get to do this for a living. I still get butterflies of excitement before a session or wedding. And I still get a huge grin on my face & warmth in my heart when I receive messages raving about a clients photos. Thankful would be an understatement in how I feel to be doing this. I live for these beautiful ventures of witnessing & capturing the beautiful & genuine moments of two people coming together in marriage. I love the unposed & in-between instances, the gentle touches & loving glances. I love the grand scene of the special day, the quiet, close details, & everything in-between. I truly believe that photographers have the ability to see the beauty in someone who might not see it in themselves, & to reveal that to them through photos is one of the most incredible gifts.

HIM: 

     This is Garrett Gill. An East Texan born & raised, living in New England. He is the curly-haired, dedgum handsome half of this endeavor & has been a photography maestro for eons (although he’s too humble to admit that).

     He loves watches, E30s (I catch him looking at cars & watches every day), boots, the sound of water rushing over rocks, j-crew, film, star wars legos, foggy days, long stretches of dusty west texas roads, Jesus Christ, his wife, Kears, smelling fragrances, adventuring, & dreams of quaint cabins in the woods.

     His eye for everything & anything around him constantly has me in awe of his gift. He sees & captures light in beguiling ways. His work is full of depth & meaning. His childlike curiosity & joy coupled with his love to create makes him indispensable. He’s all about the unposed, raw, & adventurous. He adds immense value to any session or wedding. Oh, he also takes the BEST dancing photos.  

     Having this man by my side in this crazy, enamoring life keeps a cheesy grin on my face & has me convinced I am the luckiest woman.
